MEMBERSHlPS ARE DUE APRIL 30TH OF EACH YEAR. After April 30th all applications will be accessed a $5.00 office fee. All non-members will be charged a $15.00 non-member fee per show until membership payment is received by MHJA. Memberships will be available at shows, but will not be accepted by the show management. It is the members’ responsibility to submit their form. Points will not be awarded until a membership is received by MHJA. Membership cards must be presented to the show managers to avoid the $15.00 non-member fee, this is refundable by MHJA if dues were paid to the Association prior to show date.
*If checking Amateur, you must read and sign the Amateur Certification Form and include it with this membership application. If your status changes from Amateur to Professional within a membership year, you must notify MHJA in writing.*
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: The completion of this membership form signifies the release of the Board of Directors and members of MHJA, Montana Hunter Jumper Association, as well as show management, officials and volunteers from any liability or responsibility for any injury or damage to any horse, rider, other individual or property, before, during and following any approved MHJA horse show. Riders and Owners acknowledge that they are participating at their own risk. Parents or guardians are giving permission for juniors to participate with.full knowledge of the risk inherent in equine competition.
